The Institute hires primarily professional fish and wildlife scientists, statisticians and science technicians. Other Personal Service Employment
OPS employment is intended to be temporary. Although it does not provide paid leave, retirement or insurance benefits, OPS are covered by worker’s compensation and are eligible to participate in the state’s Tax Deferred Compensation Program. Its a great way to gain professional experience and expand your network of fish and wildlife research professionals.
